The portal integrates applications for the USMLEs, document verification portals (CVS and EPIC), ERAS Applications and ECFMG Pathways Certification. In the FAQs, they do state that “Applicants who have previously used our services and possess a valid, notarized identification form supported by a valid passport will meet the identity verification requirements for MyIntealth. Their MyIntealth account will be automatically established during the transition. Applicants without these credentials will need to complete the MyIntealth Account” .

ECFMG certification validity is linked to your Pathways application, usually for a period of 2 years. This expiration does not apply if you were certified with the USMLE Step 2 CS.
To obtain indefinite ECFMG certification, one of these criteria need to be applicable
successfully complete at least 12 months of clinical education in a U.S. GME training program accredited by ACGME;
or
successfully complete at least 12 months of clinical education in a U.S. non-standard training program associated with an ACGME-accredited program;
or
hold an unrestricted license to practice medicine in a U.S. state or the District of Columbia.
